A grain of sand applies for a job. A week later, they receive a rejection letter. When the grain of sand tells a friend about the rejection, the friend is surprised: "Why? You’re so granular. Did they specify why you got rejected?" The grain of sand answers: "they were looking for a more well-rounded candidate."
